Wintertickets
No, the ski passes (regardless of the number of days) are personal and in no case transferable.
For Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis day tickets and single and return trips, the family discount is only granted at the ticket office.
The family discount is granted for three or more paying people, including at least one and a maximum of two adults and at least one child or young person.
Epic Pass
With the Epic Pass, you have access to Andermatt-Sedrun as well as to Vail Resorts' leading ski areas worldwide, including Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Breckenridge, and Park City. The Epic Pass also provides access to European partner resorts such as Crans Montana and Verbier 4 Vallées in Switzerland, Les 3 Vallées in France, Skirama Dolomiti in Italy, and Ski Arlberg in Austria. Starting from the winter season 23/24, the Epic Pass also grants access to the lifts in Disentis. The Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn is not included. Epic Pass Holders who wish to ski or ride at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis (ASD) must bring proof of valid pass and a valid photo ID to any ticket window at Andermatt, Sedrun or Disentis to receive an ASD access card. While at the ticket window, Pass Holders will have the opportunity to purchase an upgrade with access to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn train, connecting ASD, for an exclusive price.
Up to 7 consecutive days: CHF 50.00
Unlimited for the 23/24 winter season: CHF 150.00
Train access must be purchased at the time of the pass issuance to secure the above prices. Single day and one-way tickets can be purchased from Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn at public transport prices at train station ticket machines.
Payment
Yes, we accept Reka Check and Rekacard at the cash desks. If you want to pay online with Rekacard, you need to register with Reka. Then you can also use it to pay on our website. We do not offer this payment method in the app.
You can redeem the discount code on the shopping cart page. Please note that the code is case sensitive and does not contain special characters. Also, most discount codes only work with one item in the shopping cart. Please place individual orders for multiple tickets.
Have you set up 3D Secure on your credit card? If not, we cannot accept the payment for security reasons. Try another option or set up 3D Secure with your provider.

Refunds
According to the GTC's point 4.2.8, a refund of the half-price pass is excluded in any case. You can find the corresponding GTC's here.
In the event of an officially ordered closure of the entire Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis ski area as a result of an epidemic or pandemic by the end of the 2023/24 winter season, annual passes will be refunded on a pro rata basis depending on the number of official closure days, with the following value distribution of the annual pass applying:
If the closure takes place by 15.12.2023 and lasts until the end of the winter season 2023/24: 80 % refund of the purchase price
If the closure takes place between 16.12.2023 and 12.01.2024 and lasts until the end of the winter season 2023/24: 60 % refund
If the closure takes place between 13.01.2024 and 9.02.2024 and lasts until the end of the winter season 2023/24: 30 % refund
If the closure takes place between 10.02.2024 and 01.03.2024 and lasts until the end of the winter season 2023/24: 10 % refund
In case of closure after 01.03.2024: no claim for reimbursement
The refund must be requested in writing within 30 days of the end of the 2023/24 winter season and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
In the event of accident or illness, the following applies in accordance with the GTCs point 7.9.2: The refund period for annual tickets extends until 28.02. of the respective season and ceases at the latest at the end of the winter season of the validity period. After these dates, there is no longer any entitlement to a refund. If the ski passes or season tickets are used again after the illness or accident, the entitlement to a refund also lapses.
