Edelweiss bench Oberalppass

As a sign of the partnership with the Swiss airline Edelweiss, the regions of Andermatt and Sedrun have placed an Edelweiss wooden bench in the shape of an aeroplane seat at the top of the Oberalp pass, right on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the landscape and the Oberalpsee lake at over 2,000 metres above sea level. There is also a signpost next to the wooden bench showing the direction and distance to some of the holiday destinations to which the Airbus A320 ‘Oberalp’ flies.
