Sunny chair on the Kirchberg

The magnificent ‘giant seat’ is located around two thirds of the way along the hiking trail from Andermatt to Nätschen. The viewpoint can be reached after a hike of around 2 km and 300 metres in altitude from Andermatt. This special place invites you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ursern Valley. The ornate solid wood chair, a unique piece from a private workshop in Andermatt, was made with great attention to detail and now offers an ideal place to sunbathe and linger on the Kirchberg.
