The experience begins with an aperitif in the wine cellar. The chef will personally advise you on the selection of fine wines. This is accompanied by finely sliced Bündnerfleisch, just enough to whet your appetite for the culinary delights to follow.

Weather permitting, a lounge with straw bales is set up in an arbour. The fine aperitif wine is accompanied by a sunset experience.

In the tastefully furnished parlour, the light of a crystal chandelier and the fire in the fireplace exude a pleasant warmth. Choose between a three-, four- or five-course menu and simply let yourself be surprised.
