The flat offers you a fantastic view of Andermatt and the idyllic Ursern Valley. Located directly on the piste, you have direct access to the Gütsch Express. The village can be reached on foot in around ten minutes. The flat has a garage for one car, a storage room for ski and snow equipment and a bicycle room for the warmer months.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is furnished with a cosy king-size bed and offers plenty of storage space for clothes. Two windows provide plenty of light, one of which opens up to breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has two single beds (140x200 and 80x200) and also plenty of storage space. A window with a view of the village and a charming sloping ceiling give this room a special atmosphere.

Living room

The approx. 20 m² living room invites you to relax with a leather couch and an armchair. A floor-to-ceiling window offers a fantastic view of the village and the Ursern Valley. A flat-screen TV with cable connection and fast internet provide entertainment.

Kitchen and dining area

The open-plan kitchen is modernly equipped and flows directly into the dining area. It has everything you need: a hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and basic cooking utensils - including a fondue set for cosy evenings. The dining area has an extendable table that can be extended from 152 cm to 223 cm, as well as six chairs and two stools. There is space for up to eight people. Two windows provide plenty of natural light.
