This beautiful and bright 3.5-room flat is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment block on the southern edge of the village of Andermatt. It offers space for 1 to 4 people and impresses with a magnificent view of the Winterhorn and the Ursern Valley. In a quiet location, it is only a few minutes' walk from the Gemsstock cable car, the cross-country ski trails and the Gütsch Express. The village centre can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. In winter, the local bus stops directly in front of the house and a reserved outdoor car park is available.

The flat has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a large dining table and seating area and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and a large wardrobe, the other also has two single beds and a large wardrobe. A cot is available on request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin, the WC is separate. The south-facing balcony of approx. 10 m² invites you to relax.

The kitchen has an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a convection oven with grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and fondue equipment. It is fully equipped with crockery.
