Goldmann Café & Bäckerei

The Goldmann family has been running their bakery and café in Disentis for over 75 years and is now in its third generation. Traditional recipes are made with the best ingredients and lots of love. Every day and every night from 2 a.m., the bakers are in the bakery producing around 20 types of bread, various small baked goods, sweet pastries, patisserie, cakes and snacks.
