IGNIV Andermatt
Description
Based on the flavours of Grisons three-star chef Andreas Caminada, Valentin Sträuli and his team create imaginative dishes to share - rooted in the region and cosmopolitan at the same time. The name IGNIV comes from the Rhaeto-Romanic language and means ‘nest’. It symbolises the aim of creating a place where guests feel safe and cared for, like a bird in its nest.
The IGNIV experience includes not only carefully selected wines, with a special focus on large bottles, but also the unique interior designs by Patricia Urquiola. Instead of a classic menu, up to 20 dishes are served in the centre of the table - because a pleasure shared is a pleasure doubled.
IGNIV Andermatt also invites you to a special sharing brunch on Sunday lunchtime. In the afternoon, the bar offers the opportunity to enjoy coffee and cake or discover the variety of creative cocktail creations.
