La Conditoria SEDRUN SWITZERLAND
Description
Probably the smallest nut cake in the world
Master confectioner Reto Schmid's version of Graubünden's most famous speciality measures four centimetres - no more than a five-libre cake. The 19 gram delicacy is his invention. The mini tartlet has already won several prizes. Like its larger counterpart, it is made from shortcrust pastry with a filling of honey, walnuts and caramel. Make a stop at the Conditoria in Sedrun.
The cosy café in traditional Grisons style and its sunny terrace is the perfect place for a little break. In the same room, the gourmet shop awaits you with an exclusive selection of fine Grisons specialities and handmade chocolate products, which are also produced in Sedrun.
