Description
The most beautiful alpine dairy in Graubünden can be found at the foot of the Lukmanier Pass. Since 2009, the concrete building with a meadow roof by Graubünden star architect Gion A. Caminada has nestled beautifully into the landscape next to the stable of the famous monastery. The Sennaria has been run by Dörig- Bergsenn AG since 2018. Every day, milk from local farmers is processed in the modern cheese dairy into high-quality Graubünden mountain cheese, mainly organic cheese, and Mutschlis. Sennaria belongs to the dairy farmers and suppliers of the upper Surselva. This keeps the added value in the region. Open: Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00
