In the Ustria Puntreis, consisting of a dining room for the residents and a public restaurant with a terrace for guests and visitors, the philosophy of the chef, Fatmir Spescha, is realised anew every day: ‘Why wander far away, the good is so close!’.

The preparation of meals is considered one of the first cultural acts of mankind. Over the course of time, nutrition has constantly evolved and changed. Fatmir Spescha's aim is to utilise the knowledge from earlier times, and he also favours quality and freshness from regional producers and farmers. With his cuisine, he wants to present the familiar in a new way, because: ‘Homemade creates satisfaction’.
