Order online, pick up at the cash register
Order your group tickets easily here and pick them up later at your preferred location.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the day of arrival.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Tickets will only be issued to the group leader(s).
Tickets can be paid in cash, by card, or with Reka at the sales points upon collection. For billing addresses in Switzerland, payment by invoice is also possible.
Groups: For 15 or more paying participants, groups receive one free ticket per 15 paying participants. The free ticket will be deducted from the bill at the sales desk.
Schools: For 10 or more paying participants, school groups receive one free ticket per 10 paying participants. The free ticket will be deducted from the bill at the sales desk.
