  • Andermatt-Sedrun and the Disentis mountain cableways operate jointly under the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis brand.

  • With 180 kilometres of pistes and 33 lifts at up to 3,000 metres, Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis is the largest ski area in the heart of Switzerland.

  • In 2019, the Sedrun-Cuolm da Vi gondola lift created a direct connection between the Andermatt-Sedrun and Disentis ski areas.

  • Since the merger of the ski areas, Andermatt Sedrun Disentis Marketing AG has been promoting cross-regional offers.

  • Since August 2022, Vail Resorts has held a 55% majority stake in Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG.

Bergbahnen Disentis AG 

  • Bergbahnen Disentis AG was founded in 1969 with the aim of developing tourism in Disentis and thus also in the ski area, which reaches up to 3,000 metres above sea level.

  • Today, in addition to the Disentis ski area, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates the entire mountain gastronomy , the Catrina Resort with 140 rental flats, the Catrina Hotel , the Catrina Lodge , the Catrina Hostel and the two specialist ski and bike shops Catrina Sportshops.  

  • The majority of shares in Bergbahnen Disentis AG are held by private investors.
