Restaurant Spun

The Spun restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen combines Swiss and Italian cuisine with exquisite flavours and high-quality ingredients from the region. Buffets, menus and à la carte dishes are served here at lunchtime and in the evening in a cosy atmosphere and are characterised by traditional preparation. The chefs use fresh ingredients from the neighbouring Grisons mountain valleys, the Bernese Alps, the French-speaking part of Valais and Italian-speaking Ticino. The Radisson Blu breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. For special events, the restaurant offers four private dining rooms that can be decorated and customised on request.
